G'Day...new to this forum but I have participated in many forums over the last 10 years or so.

I am Australian with quite a few miles (kilometers) under my belt.

I am an avid Bible Student and teacher who loves to discuss Bible topics....even controversial ones. :)

I respect everyone's right to their own religious beliefs and choices so I hope to have some nice interaction with the folks here. 8-)

Hi Deejee and welcome!

Society and its morals evolve and will continue to evolve. The bible however remains the same and just requires more and more apologetics and claims of "metaphors" and "symbolism" to justify it.

Prayer is like rubbing an old bottle and hoping that a genie will pop out and grant you three wishes.

There is much about this world that is mind boggling and impressive, but I see no need whatsoever to put it down to magical super powered beings.
