Serapis seemed to be the first trinity, invented for political reasons.
God seems to have been invented a few centuries later.
The Romans after conquering Jerusalem left the two major "parties" the Sadducee and Pharisee around to squabble for popular entertainment.
Just as today (in most countries) there are two major parties.
There are controversial leaders like Hillel and Trump.
So these techniques, having two bickering parties, two opposing silly arguments, God inspired issues, etc, are these reflective of the human condition, or deliberate foils by government?
