Is it coherent for atheists to claim they don't have beliefs?

So, let me see if I have this right, then. It is your claim that you hold no beliefs whatsoever. You hold no moral or ethical values. You have no political opinions. Do you believe that immigrants to Australia should be allowed to hold dual citizenship status?
It's a simple yes or no question.
I don't have beliefs.
I have not asked these various questions in order to debate these topics. I'm simply trying to understand your claim. I would have thought that was obvious.
