- Enter how many tokens you'd like to donate and enter a comment on that particular post. It'll then send a PM to that user and also automatically post in this thread the message you entered.
- MPG donations may not be used for anything other than to praise a post or to acknowledge agreement. It cannot be used to denigrate, debate, or question a post.

That is the million dollar question, isn't it?
You got two choices; either swallow blood, or swallow pride. I am a grown man, I will DIE before I swallow mine. Catch him at his school, and turn his college into COLUMBINE.

"Note, that although these are very valid reasons for me, my time spent here is actually minimal. The rest of the time I rarely even think about Christianity and religion. I live my life and have other priorities."

Truly. Debating with theists is like trying to have an intelligent conversation with a child who has covered their ears and eyes and is screaming at the top of their voice to avoid hearing what we have to say.

Apparently they don't want to know the truth.

Excellent point -- well said

Great little essay!
PCE Theology as I see it...

We had an existence with a free will in Sheol before the creation of the physical universe. Here we chose to be able to become holy or to be eternally evil in YHWH's sight. Then the physical universe was created and all sinners were sent to earth.

This theology debunks the need to base Christianity upon the blasphemy of creating us in Adam's sin.

"In fact, Christians typically join in disbelief in other gods – and their literature specifically states that other gods are FALSE gods. Right?"

Hit the nail right on the head.

That's exactly what it is.

Well done!
To be clear: Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.

I must assume that knowing is better than not knowing, venturing than not venturing; and that magic and illusion, however rich, however alluring, ultimately weaken the human spirit.
