scary. when history is warped to fit a political viewpoint. As a soon to be teacher in texas I hate the idea of this.

A good question. I live in Austin, which is far more liberal, so as intense as the opposition is here I am not sure whether we have any influence over her seat. I also do not know if there is enough opposition in the conservatives' home districts that they will be voted out of office for this.

I hope so. I think Austin is the one bright spot in the entire state of Texas, and beautiful country too.

Now that is hilarious.
Seems to me like they are trying to add some legitimacy to the text books, not tarnish them.
