Suddenly I'm typing in Courier. Your text is in block letters without serifs.

Instead of an oval that says something about starting a new topic, there's just "start a new topic" in bold letters.

Is this the same for everybody, or is it just me?

I notice that "HTML is OFF," and "BBCode is ON." Is there a way to turn HTML back on?

At the very bottom of just about every forum page there's a link.

It will either say Lo-Fi Version, or Full Version.

Sounds like your viewing the site in Lo-Fi Version. So your link should say Full Version. Just click on that and it will put you back into Full Version mode. That link should then say Lo-Fi Version and you can toggle back and forth.
