It just needs elaboration then - the new Commandments don't have to be one liners - actually the old Commandments have elaboration in places!
Yes, thank!

I will never understand how someone who claims to know the ultimate truth, of God, believes they deserve respect, when they cannot distinguish it from a fairy-tale.
You know, science and logic are hard: Religion and fairy tales might be more your speed.
To continue to argue for the Hebrew invention of God is actually an insult to the very concept of a God. - Divine Insight

That kind of thing would be in line with Tiberius' behavior.
I never expected such a dirty mind in you.
LOL.
Well observed, if naughtily.

For: If GOD can be eternal, why cannot a physical phenomenon be eternal?
Great question!

PCE Theology as I see it...
We had an existence with a free will in Sheol before the creation of the physical universe. Here we chose to be able to become holy or to be eternally evil in YHWH's sight. Then the physical universe was created and all sinners were sent to earth.
This theology debunks the need to base Christianity upon the blasphemy of creating us in Adam's sin.

To be clear: Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.

Not believing isn't the same as believing not.

I must assume that knowing is better than not knowing, venturing than not venturing; and that magic and illusion, however rich, however alluring, ultimately weaken the human spirit.

"God" … just whatever humans imagine it to be.
"Scripture" … just whatever humans write it to be.

I wish I could donate more tokens to express my appreciation to you for introducing me to the idea of a god as a non-living entity, but I only had 209.50 tokens at my disposal. It is such a wonderfully simple but ingenious concept that has been staring me in the face this entire time. My mind is already itching to discover where else the non-living god proposal might further disrupt Christian theism. I hope you don't mind if I borrow it? Thanks!
