Inspiration from a dazzling laser
cutting through darkness like a florescence razor
Igniting the catnip in a vaporized cloud
that intoxicates felines that it will enshroud

Purring, meowing, and growling galore
looking for tokens to add to their score
lusting for likes of all kinds and types
for attention that they so adore

Clawing for fame is the name of the game
whilst refusing to burden the blame
A quite Random Rambling
from an innocent cat
who refuses to author the shame

An incredible thought
for a likeable plot
designed to alleviate pain

Of feeling unloved
in a world that's been shoved
down the political drain

And so the ode goes
as the world carries on
whilst becoming immensely insane

For the leader of humans
who's just been elected
is a human who hasn't a brain
