Is she (the Bride) not also "the meek"?
So would not the words, "the meek shall inherit the earth" not also apply to her?
Peace again to you,
your servant and a slave of Christ,

Are they not also kind? Is God not kind? Does that make them God? They are they also believe in God, so does Jesus, so is Jesus in the group? If he's not part of that group does that mean Jesus isn't meek? Meek basically means submissive, everyone that inherits the earth will be submissive, but not everyone that is submissive (faithful angels, Jesus himself, the bride of Christ) will be on earth.

The point is Jesus spoke of a group of people inheriting the earth; This group doesn't exist because they are meek, the group exist because it is part of God's plan. Jesus was indicating that to be part of this aspect of this plan the individual would also have to meekly and submit to Jehovah's Souvereignty. My car is green. Apples are green. Therefore my car must be a car.

Re: Jehovah’s Witnesses on the earth
Did you not say this in response to my question on who you believe the meek are?
Does that not describe the Bride?
The earth was given to man, yes? I know of no promise where the earth is given to angels, so I see no reason to suggest that the meek inheriting the earth must include them. But the Bride is part of mankind... and she is meek. She would also be counted as righteous, right? (because of Christ?)
“The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it. Psalm 37:29
The sheep (from the sheep and the goats parable) are also declared righteous (because of how they treated even a least one of Christ's brothers), and so are invited into the Kingdom.
As for Christ:
Christ is the Heir of all things, in heaven and on earth. (He certainly is meek - even meeker than Moses; and He is the Righteous One.) He inherits everything.
Peace to you,
your servant and a slave of Christ,
tammy

We believe all those that have now or will develop in the future a humble submissive attitude vis-a-vis Jehovah's sovereignty.
