Which holidays did Paul's Gentile Christians observe?

Which holidays did Paul's Gentile coverts, Christians of the "Nations" observe? Jewish Christians continued to observe Jewish holidays, but Gentile Christians?

The Lord's supper only? Or where there others in that day and age before Christmas and Easter.
My theological positions:

-God created us in His image, not the other way around.
-The Bible is redeemed by it's good parts.
-Pure monotheism, simple repentance.
-YHVH is LORD
-The real Jesus is not God, the real YHVH is not a monster.
-Eternal life is a gift from the Living God.
-Keep the Commandments, keep your salvation.
-I have accepted YHVH as my Heavenly Father, LORD and Savior.

I am inspired by Jesus to worship none but YHVH, and to serve only Him.

I believe that all of Yeshua's followers observed the Moed(appointed times) listed in HaTorah. Paul does point out that this has nothing to do with salvation and it is not necessary to follow the rabbinic practices. Apart from that, their observance seems to presumed and Paul provides the sacrifices for two people who were completing Nazarite vows to show that he was not encouraging people to ignore HaTorah. His advise on collecting offerings for Jerusalem relief and his desire to arrive in Jerusalem in time for a feast, appear to indicate that the keeping of the Moed was still important.
