John 12:35
Jesus said to them, "The light is with you for a little longer. Walk while you have the light, so that the darkness may not overtake you. If you walk in the darkness, you do not know where you are going."
Walk while you have the light?
Do you have the light ? Did Jesus explain what the light is ?

As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. (Joh 9:5)
While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them. (Joh 12:36)

Scripture says;
"Whoever acts in truth comes to the light so his deeds are revealed as works of God. "
By this verse we see that the truth brings us to the light. The truth then, being the word of God, is what brings us to the light.
So to walk in the light is to walk in God's word.

Post #6But do you abide in His word and accept the words given to the Son of man so as to walk in the way He did ?
Did He say; "As the Father sent me so I send you" ?
Did He ?
The one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep.
I am the gate. Anyone who enters by me will be saved.

-try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. (1Jn 4:1)
Of course, Christ creates Christ.Prince wrote:Did He say; "As the Father sent me so I send you" ?
Christ is not only “The one who enters through the gate Christ is “the Gate and “the Shepherd and we could stretch that and say Christ is "the sheep" as well.Prince wrote:The one who enters through the gate is the shepherd of the sheep.
Eventually everyone will enter.Prince wrote:I am the gate. Anyone who enters by me will be saved.
Peace.

Well I know that God said in the beginning "let there be light" and that the Philipian Jailer called for "a light". Both those scriptures have the word light in them.
Noah walked with God.

Scripture says God is spirit. It also says the word of God is spirit. If the word is spirit and God is spirit then the word of God is God.
Scripture also says that the Lord will be Israel's light forever so the light is the word.
That is why Jesus said to use His word and abide in it.
As it is written;
"The Lord shall be your light forever. Your God shall be your glory."
"God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth. "
"It is the spirit that gives life the flesh is useless. The words I spoke to you are spirit and life. "
"Don't you see the words I speak are not my own it is the Father who lives in me performing His works."

Yes Israel stuggles for a blessing and the Priest pronounced a blessing on the day of atonement. There is also the struggle in of Rebeccas twins. That's another verse with the word struggle in it.
We have a struggle within us Paul said. Paul was a Pharisian before he became a Christian.
