Are these reversals in Catholic teaching?

Which teaching is true?

Decrees of Council of Trent

2. If any one asserts, that the prevarication of Adam injured himself alone, and not his posterity; and that the holiness and justice, received of God, which he lost, he lost for himself alone, and not for us also; or that he, being defiled by the sin of disobedience, has only transfused death, and pains of the body, into the whole human race, but not sin also, which is the death of the soul; let him be anathema:--whereas he contradicts the apostle who says; By one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death, and so death passed upon all men, in whom all have sinned. (This was the mistranslation of Paul's Romans 5 that Augustine used to claim universal person sin for every human being)

But,

Catechism of the Catholic Church # 405

405 Although it is proper to each individual, original sin does not have the character of a personal fault in any of Adam's descendants.

Has the Church made other reversals in it core teachings?

The old doctrine:
Pope Eugene IV, (1388-1447 Ecumenical Council of Florence, 1441 Cantate Domino.

"It [the Church] firmly believes, professes, and proclaims that those not living within the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics cannot become participants in eternal life, but will depart 'into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels' [Matt. 25:41], unless before the end of life the same have been added to the flock; and that the unity of the ecclesiastical body is so strong that only to those remaining in it are the sacraments of the Church of benefit for salvation, and do fastings, almsgiving, and other functions of piety and exercises of Christian service produce eternal reward, and that no one, whatever almsgiving he has practiced, even if he has shed blood for the name of Christ, can be saved, unless he has remained in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church."

Changed to DOGMATIC CONSTITUTION ON THE CHURCH LUMEN GENTIUM POPE PAUL VI ON NOVEMBER 21, 1964

“Nor does Divine Providence deny the helps necessary for salvation to those who, without blame on their part, have not yet arrived at an explicit knowledge of God and with His grace strive to live a good life.

Comment: That’s quite a reversal in doctrine. Now there are no longer only Catholics in heaven!

"Changing, changing, ever changing."
