Just how many types of death are in the Bible?

1. Adam and Eve “died� when they sinned.
2. Everyone obviously dies. Almost at least (Enoch…).
3. Jesus died both physically and “spiritually� in a sense, enduring the wrath of God, but this death was not “eternal� like it is for unbelievers. Go figure.
4. Believers “die� to their self and are buried & raised with Jesus.
5. On the other hand, unbelievers die the second “spiritual death� which, unlike Jesus, they keep dying forever.
6. Death of death itself in the Bible, when death will be no more (even though unbelievers will have eternal death anyway….) AND we will always be constantly praising the wonderful sacrifice and death of Jesus! Go figure….

I am certain there are other types of death in the Bible but this just gives you some perspective on how utterly obsessed with death the Bible is….
