I selected the tomb option, but as soon as I did, I had second thoughts. This is not based on any scholarly understanding of the term, but simply what I think of. I'd picture someone being buried in the ground, not being placed in a rock tomb. Of course, that my simply be based on my cultural upbringing where dirt was sometimes referred to as earth.
