Carried by the spirit.. The truth

Have you ever been carried by the spirit of truth to do or say something? To create something?

I am convinced when Newton saw the Apple drop to the ground (or his head, the stories conflict each other... maybe both happened? that is for another discussion), When that event happened and Newton then knew and said "There must be a drawing power in matter." He stumbled upon a truth that he himself didnt fully understand how profound it is. He then spent two years creating the mathematics to establish his thought.

I believe Newton was carried in the spirit to that moment of time.

Have you ever been carried in the spirit, to where some kind of truth spilled out of you, not even being fully aware of how profound it is?

Artist do it all the time. They draw a line, and are carried in their spirit to draw another line, and the picture just unfolds to reveal something they werent trying to reveal. And then someone might see that picture and connect with it immediately, even changing someones life.

Bible talks of this as prophecy, that a person is carried in the spirit to speak something, or do something, that is the truth.

We were having a discussion in another thread, about Cartesian Skepticism, how nothing can be fully understood or known. Surely we cant know everything, or even anything, but we still live our lives and experience things and play real roles in the world we live in. And sometimes we say or do thing that our spirit leads us to do or say, unfolding truth, even if not by our own understanding. It is kind of amazing. Even though everything can be in doubt, we can still do the things of life that truth develops from.
