As I understand it, pre-conception existence is the belief that human spirits exist before being conceived in physical bodies and born into this world.
A while back I participated in a thread with an individual who not only believed in PCE but also held the belief that human spirits make an eternal choice between being forever evil and being able to become righteous, and that they make that choice before entering the mortal world. Is that belief widely held among those who believe in PCE or is it in the minority?
