There should be no problem with abortion because you can not force a woman to harvest her organs to a parasite, it's her body she should be able to do what ever she wants with it. I mean abortion is kind of killing, but if the woman wants the fetus gone, there isn't much the gov can do about it. I can see both sides agruments, but if we don't stop it here, than this concept will spin out of control. Say someone has a rare blood type that you have, and they need a kindey to live, should you half to give it to them...no, would giving it to them be the right thing to do...yes. If we don't stop these right to lifers here, than the next thing they will have is mandatory organ donation programs.

Post #22I can see the other side of the issue as well, and can even understand why most women would want to have a child. Where I say yes to abortion, it isn't so much that I'm saying it's better than no abortion (though, for me, it would be).. It just boils down to the right...the choice for women. But, me, I'm just utterly and completely afraid of carrying, bearing, then raising a child. Completely petrified. Btw, I'm not replying to negate your response, but just a simple "and also" reply, that I felt I had to say, just now.
(this is slightly OT, but necessary: I may seem like the kind of person that blurts out things before thinking. The truth is, I almost always think things through before saying/doing a thing! I just don't hide myself. A rare quality, yes? I also live with this kind of passion in RL. I just think perhaps I should warn you all in advance! haha! i get the feeling that this forum will be hearing more from me...at least until I say something so outrageous that I cause all or most of you to despise me. )
