How to praise a member's post:

- Next to the user's post that you like, click on "MPG Donation".
- Enter how many tokens you'd like to donate and enter a comment on that particular post. It'll then send a PM to that user and also automatically post in this thread the message you entered.

I'll have to fact check this later, but it's a very nice read.

For all that very interesting stuff about heathenism. :) I only regret having nothing intelligent to say in response. :(
Dogmatism and skepticism are both, in a sense, absolute philosophies; one is certain of knowing, the other of not knowing. What philosophy should dissipate is certainty, whether of knowledge or ignorance.

My sentiments exactly.

Understanding solipsism and then rejecting it is a rite of passage to anyone who dares to spend much time philosophizing. Some people get caught up in solipsist thought. :-)
Religion remains the only mode of discourse that encourages grown men and women to pretend to know things they manifestly do not know.

All anti-gay rights people should be not consume preservatives. After all, they're not very natural.

Excelent post mitch, conciousness is a huge part of our existance, which I believe is the 'real existance', a 'realm' which will never pass away.

Atheism relies solely on the observable universe, and is afraid to go beyond, .. as you said, the 'concious', because that has to do with 'belief' which comes by 'faith'. Too close for comfort I guess, ..

Exelent answer Joncash, I thank you.

Goat has been using that fallacy for a long time, along with claiming to be a Jew.

Thanks again my friend

Another excellent response to Goats overused and missused fallacy, I hope everyone reads it. Both you and Joncash seem to understand his devious attempt in silencing the truth.

Wow Jester, your answers continue to amaze me. You continue to stay on track (with all the attempted derailment) and like an arrow seem to hit bulls-eye.
I truly learn from and enjoy your posts.

It is truly frightening when humans abandon even the idea of 'absolute moral values' and accept an 'anything goes', or, 'if it feels good, do it' ideology.

God bless you my friend!
