What was the reason for death? According to Bible, reason was sin. And Satan allured people to sin, because he knew God will let them die because of that. Therefore it can be seen that in fact Satan killed all, because he lead man to sin.

But I think, in the end man can blame only himself. There is always at least of two options. If Adam would have chosen differently, maybe death could have been avoided.

That may be true. I think Bible is against all religions. Religions seem to be only peoples own systems and Bible is more about personal relationship with God and about what is right and wrong.
