Can there be Truth and Falsehood outside of a religious frame of reference?

That is, mathematics can be used to make statements which are objectively and absolutely true which are impossible to verify in the material world. While certain mathematical functions may have originated out of a necessity to accomplish tasks in "material reality," the functions, statements and propositions still hold true in their non-material, axiomatic form.
No observation can exist inependent of an observor. All statements are descriptions about a phenomenon, including mathematical statements. No statement comes closer to reality, since truth is perceived and is subjective.

Any statement is true only within a specific context. This holds true for mathematical statements as well as theological statements
