Is Jesus mediator only for the “anointed class” of JW’s?
Post #1If true, then WHO mediates for the rest of the Jehovah’s Witnesses?

Re: Is Jesus mediator only for the “anointed class” of JW’s?
Post #81A good discussion starter would be the question: will there be "righteous" people on earth after the judgment of the present system of things?
YES, the Scriptures prove that there will be:
Prov. 2:21 For only the upright will reside in the earth,
And the blameless will remain in it.
Psal. 37:29 The righteous will possess the earth,
And they will live forever on it.
So it is evident that those who will live on earth will enjoy the blessings of the kingdom that they will receive from heaven, where the kings and priests will be together with Jesus.
Rev. 7:15 "(...) they are before the throne of God, and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread his tent over them. 16 They will hunger no more nor thirst anymore, neither will the sun beat down on them nor any scorching heat, 17 because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne, will shepherd them and will guide them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe out every tear from their eyes.”
... 21:3 With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Post #82Didn't read this anywhere. Got a chapter and verse? And I assume you now consider yourself a Jew. That about right?

Without getting into the details of that, your answer then is that there WILL be current non-Christian people in the Kingdom during the thousand years to be reigned over. People who were not Christian but who will be in the Kingdom during the thousand years as the subjects of that Kingdom.
Christians as king-priests in the Kingdom.
Non-Christians as subjects of the Kingdom.
Peace again to you.

Post #84No non-Christian person will survive the great tribulation.
There will be a resurrection of just an unjust people.
The great crowd of survivors of the great tribulation are loyal Christians who worship Jehovah. Again:
Rev. 7:9 After this I saw, and look! a great crowd, which no man was able to number, out of all nations and tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes; and there were palm branches in their hands. 10 And they keep shouting with a loud voice, saying: “Salvation we owe to our God, who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
(...) 13 In response one of the elders said to me: “These who are dressed in the white robes, who are they and where did they come from?” 14 So right away I said to him: “My lord, you are the one who knows.” And he said to me: “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 That is why they are before the throne of God, and they are rendering him sacred service day and night in his temple; and the One seated on the throne will spread his tent over them. 16 They will hunger no more nor thirst anymore, neither will the sun beat down on them nor any scorching heat, 17 because the Lamb, who is in the midst of the throne, will shepherd them and will guide them to springs of waters of life. "The great crowd" must educate the resurrected ones during the Millenium before all of them are tested. They will have a new chance to accept the Kingdom of God.

Anointed Christians become kings and priest in Heaven (Little Flock) over non-anointed Christians (other sheep) that live on Earth.

There do not need to be two groups of Christians in order for their to be king-priests and subjects of the Kingdom.
Peace again to you.
Now you're just repeating your beliefs instead of addressing the fact that your latest concern/objection is also unfounded.2timothy316 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 25, 2023 5:09 pmThat is not correct.

Post #87So what? It wouldn't be the first time the Bible got something wrong, now would it?onewithhim wrote: ↑Tue Apr 25, 2023 4:39 pm The lists in Revelation [and Genesis] does not even match the list in Numbers or Leviticus.
Chapter and verse please. And I assume you now count yourself as a Jew. Correct?Christ's church includes only spiritual Jews.
What is "Christ's church" anyway? Is this in the Bible? Where?

Are you saying Jesus is mediator for all JW’s?
Jesus grimaces whenever he hears "Jehovah's Witness" and vomits when he hears "Jehovah God." It isn't just the redundancy. He can't bear the idea that the God who shall not be named, the God who replied "I AM that I Am... tell them I AM sent me" has had his unmentionable name perverted into an English version of His name (which should not be said out loud), thus not only missing the point, but making a ritual of the blasphemy... and in the wrong language.

But as I've pointed out before, all the seats have been taken. Unless, that is, a person's ancestry goes back to one of the 12 ancient tribes of the "sons of Israel." And that's IF ancestry even counts.
Those comprising the 144,000....Conquered and dissipated in the year
12,000 from the tribe of Judah ..............586 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Reuben,.......,,...723 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Gad..................721 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Asher................721 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Naphtali............734 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Manasseh.L,,,,,,.723 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Simeon.............722 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Levi..................Integrated into ancient Jewish and Samaritan communities.
12,000 from the tribe of Issachar............721 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Zebulun............721 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Joseph..............721 BC
12,000 from the tribe of Benjamin..........721 BC
source in part: Revelation 7:5-8
Q. Do you think all the members of the Governing Body of the Jehovah's Witnesses
.................![]()
have an ancestry that goes back to one of the twelve tribes?
What are the odds? 1 in 26,485,000,000,000?
It's all spiritual Israel now, since the Kingdom was taken and given to "a nation producing its fruit" (Matthew 21:43; 23:37,38) Peter reiterated this fact when writing to fellow Christians in Asia. He said to them: "You are 'a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession'....For you were once not a people, but are now God's people." (I Peter 2:9,10) The list in Revelation does not even match the list in Numbers or Leviticus. It doesn't matter any more what Israel does or doesn't do. Christ's church includes only spiritual Jews.
Sorry but I didn't find a thing in any of the verses you cited mentioning spiritual Israel. In fact, I didn't find the term in the whole of the Bible. Chapter and verse if you would, please.
Neither did I find any list of the Twelve Tribes in Leviticus. Chapter and verse please.

All born again believers have been anointed with the Holy Spirit. I think we’re saying the same thing but expressing it differently.
