When the Bible does not promote or condone, then what?

This thread is prompted by the often-made statement.
I have asked you to provide any evidence "from the Bible" (since you have offered that you are a priest), where sodomy/perderasty-homosexuality-Gay, is celebrated, supported, condoned, promoted, or preached as acceptable, anywhere in the New Testament
The implication is that, since the Bible nowhere promotes, condones, or 'celebrates' homosexuality, this is further indication it should be condemned.

Question for debate:

Is this a valid conclusion?

Are there other examples of behaviors, views, etc. that are not promoted, condoned, or celebrated in the Bible, but that Christians typically do not condemn?

Smoking is not condoned in the Bible, yet even "Christians" see nothing really wrong with it, religious leaders even smoking outside the church doors.

"Let us cleanse ourselves of every defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God's fear." (2 Corinthians 7:1)

Smoking is definitely a defilement of flesh, but is acceptable to many self-described Christians.

Its not for Christians to condemn - that would be God's job - Christians are encouraged in scripture to adopt God's thinking on matters and hate the things that God hates.

Sexual activity between members of the same biological sex is firmly condemned in scripture and bible believing Christians should understand such activities are not to be practiced by those that wish to worship God acceptably see 1 Cor 6:9-13

Homosexuality today is getting more and more acceptable to self-described Christians. Even though the Bible plainly speaks against it.

"When a man lies down with a male the same as one lies down with a woman, both of them have done a detestable thing." (Leviticus 20:13)

"God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene." (Romans 1:26,27)

"What! Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God's kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, ...nor men who lie with men...will inherit God's kingdom." (I Corinthians 6:9,10)

(Persons lawless and unruly)..".Fornicators, men who lie with males, kidnappers, liars, ...and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching." (I Timothy 1:9,10)
