What's the deal with sex, hmm?

Why must people have this aversion to sexual imagery in the media? I hear complaints about youth being desensitized, well, so? So my question, which is posed to anybody who thinks sex shouldn't be made public in any way, is why not?

Clothing serves a few functions. It protects us from the elements. It provides some hygienic service and it is a social convention. Nudity should be seen only in that light.
Examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good.

The truth will make you free.

there are two sides to the coin
there are those who have destructive sex
there are those who have loving sex
those that have loving sex fear not nudity and feel little arousal from it
those who have destructive sex tend to fear nudity and sexuality but unleash it in destructive ways behind closed doors
the food you eat will lead you to which side you chose
in time you will not wish for sex
but while you wish for it try to give more than you get from it
instead of having dominance or submission
try to have neither
and be one with yourself as woman and man
and one with the person you wish to share your physical love with
begin to realise that the person that attracts you physically is most often the one who will damage you spiritually.
begin to realise that the person that attracts you spiritually is not to be confused with the physical, phobias, fantasies, etc. and that really you need to be learning from this person to further your spirit. If sex can bolster your love and sharing between then there is nothing bad about it.
What inspires good is good.
what inspires evil is evil.
Do not listen to anyone with harsh words on such a pedantic matter for it is their anger within themselves projected on you.
Only when people are greatly hurt do they need harsh words.
Let me speak them for you some day. And you go and rest.

I have to dispute the implication that there is something wrong with being physically attracted to someone. I won't comment to one night stands and such, because I don't know anything about them, but if you are in a stable relationship, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being physically attracted to someone and acting on it.
If you are in a stable relationship with a person, having sex for the pure pleasure of it is completely harmless, and actually quite beneficial. Lust most certainly has it's place and is not, in and of itself, harmful.
We do not hate others because of the flaws in their souls, we hate them because of the flaws in our own.
