It depends on the context, but usually, whether we like to admit it or not.

From theological standpoints God is usually defined as being objectively right, but even were that not the case God is also usually defined as the definer of right and gets to do that because of his almighty position.

From non-theological perspectives I think making the assertion that there even IS an objective right would be hard to back up, meaning 'right' is subjective.

Though people can argue their subjective opinion is right, if I decide I disagree and just kill them, their opinion is no longer relevant. If the collective might of society decides I am wrong for killing that person, and kills me for it, their opinion is the only one still relevant. If an even stronger society decides to destroy that one, because of their own view of right, in the end their opinion on what right is will be the only one that matters. So when right is subjective, might generally gets to define what it is.

And if 'right' objectively exists separate of an all-knowing entity, no one can no what it is, so it really doesn't matter because no one can honestly answer the question as to whether is might, right.
