Is Religion a Cancer On Society?

Two recent articles put out by PCULPA raised the question of the positive role faith and religion plays in society.

T.A. Barnette, the Editor-in-Chief, wrote that without religion, indeed, without a god, or God, there can be no morality. Thus, religion can play a positive role.

C. Slaby, a contributor, responded by nothing that, all things considered, religion plays a pretty pernicious influence on civilization.
