Server issues have prevented me from participating

Sorry to say that I have not been able to participate as much as I'd like to in this forum. For some reason, I've had trouble connecting to the site pretty much every evening through about this time in the morning.

The message is usually of the "404 Bad Request" variety. Sometimes I'll be able to access the Index but then can't get in any further.

I'm not asking for a solution or anything, just wanted to see if this is a known issue or if I am just ... I dunno ... unique? 8-)

Last time I had this problem I cleared my cookies and then I could access the site again.
