I would say no, unless you know that this action would not offend them. I have a Muslin neighbor who has put up a simple light display in their front yard, but this doesn’t mean that they “get into the season the same way as others do. Yet, there are atheists who get into the season full throttle, excluding the religious parts. It seems that getting a gift has no boundaries.
Now, from my perspective and being a believer in the Supreme God and His only begotten Son (the Christ), I would be offended if my Muslim neighbor would give me a Christmas gift. I would try not to offend them, as well, but I would be compelled to make my position known (I do not support this holiday as being the time the Christ was born or the activities that are included).

Do you think, then, that Christianity should be inclusive, or exclusive?
Best wishes, 2RM.

More information is required. Inclusive or exclusive of what (giving a Christmas gift to a Muslim)?

Why would giving someone a gift offend them?
I'm a Muslim and I definitely wouldn't be offended. In the Middle East, and I have lived there for 16 years, Muslims give christians gifts and cards during Ramadan and Eid and Christians give gifts to their Muslim friends during Christmas.
Obviously everyone doesn't do that, but the few that do do not receive offence.
