I know, I know, you're not all atheists. Knowing isn't the same as caring.
I apologize for the delaying in doing this, I'm lazy. Or I have alzheimers. It's probably the lazy.
Feel free to add 'write-in' suggestions.

I voted Civil Skeptic Network.
I'd suggest though that we put a pre-requisate that if you subscribe to any form of religion that you are not eligible for entry.

Society and its morals evolve and will continue to evolve. The bible however remains the same and just requires more and more apologetics and claims of "metaphors" and "symbolism" to justify it.
Prayer is like rubbing an old bottle and hoping that a genie will pop out and grant you three wishes.
There is much about this world that is mind boggling and impressive, but I see no need whatsoever to put it down to magical super powered beings.

There is a town in Michigan named Hell and in just a few months it will no doubt freeze over as most of Michigan does.bernee51 wrote:Till hell freezes over....C-Nub wrote:How much is enough time for this, how long until I ask to have the group that wins created?
I can keep an eye on the temperatures there if you like.
I paused at the name A-team and wondered if we might be fighting over who gets to be Mr. T.
I picked the skeptic one as is seem to fit well and is often seen as some kind of flaw in the eyes of believers.
I see it as healthy.

Give it a couple more days I reckon. Give all the regulars a chance to vote. Then just go with the majority.

Whoever gets to be Mr T has to change their avatar.

Given C-Nub doesn't have an avatar maybe he should start now with it and stake his claim. I want to be the crazy one.McCulloch wrote:Whoever gets to be Mr T has to change their avatar.

Ok, if this group is created and people sign up to it, who gets to say "I love it when a plan comes together?"
