Do Christians have a moral obligation to stop Islam?

If a Christian has a personal relationship with the 'One True God', knows Jesus as Savior and Messiah and that the Bible is divine and inerrant, doesn't that Christian have a moral obligation to stop Islam? For example, would it not be a moral imperative for that Christian to take any necessary step to prevent a child from being indoctrinated as a Muslim? Would that not akin to standing by and watching as the child ingests poison?

What about all the religions that believe the Jesus story is fake? What about atheists who believe the religion is as baseless and has as much proof as fairies do.

Actually, if I recall correctly, he was calling the people who wrote the Bible liars, not Christ, whom by all indications he considered a very important prophet of God and had a lot of respect for.

If God is all-knowing (and I would state God wouldn't be a very good one if God is not), then he fully understands the reasons behind Muhammad thinking what he did, in which case I highly doubt he's all that pissed.
