Dawkin's Delusion

Post by Neandertal Ned »

Dawkin's Delusion is a serious psychic disorder or mental aberration and disturbance afflicting many atheists today. This is the only conclusion that Christian psychologists, philosophers and the Christian laity can come to in light of the new evidence provided by a leading Christian theologian.

Do you have any objections to Christians labeling such a serious psychic disorder or mental aberration and disturbance as exhibited by Dawkins as Dawkin's Delusion?

Labeling RD with such nonsense is first, an ad hominem and outright attack. It is cowardly, and shows the desperation these Christians have to try and cast doubt on the man.

I have to agree with Nickman, anyone who would resort to using their religion as a weapon like that to belittle another person is clearly showing extreme signs of desperation.

And to do it in the name of Christianity is just an insult to Jesus.

Edited to add:

Never mind about it being an insult to Jesus. I think most people today are aware that Christianity has nothing to do with Jesus.

Nonsense. It is merely classifying the evidential psychic disorder, mental aberration and spiritual disturbance which Dawkins and so many other atheists exhibit and suffer from. They are obviously in desparate need of some good Jewish, Christian or Islamic therapy and counseling as evidenced and provided by the writings of Alister McGrath.

How is it belittling someone to point out that they may be suffering from atheistic and Darwinist delusions?
And to do it in the name of Christianity is just an insult to Jesus.
Hardly. One of the reasons the scribes and pharisees hated Jesus and plotted to kill him is because they felt belittled by Him. You should read what He said about them sometime. Not exactly flattering.

Deluded atheists might say that. I doubt that any Christians would.

So now we have Christians holding Jesus up as a role model for belittling people.

Why is it I'm not the least bit surprised by that?

This is the problem with religions.

Dawkin is right.

Religious people just end up using their God delusions to justify anything they want.

I think Stephen Weinberg said it best, "Good people will do good things, and bad people will do bad things, but it takes religion to get good people to do bad things."

People who use their imaginary gods as an excuse to belittle other people are only verifying Richard Dawkin's wisdom and sanity.

Jesus as a role model for belittling people?

What's next?

I would say you have allergies Ned, your allergic to scientific fact, logic and reason.

What would be the evidence for said disorder? Christian hypochondria, in which they have to save everyone from a nonexistent disorder known as sin?

Telling the truth about Dawkin's Delusion is no more belittling than classifying people as apes or as sinners would be. If Dawkins belittles Jews, Christians and Muslims then it is apparent to them that he suffers from psychic delusions, mental aberrations and serious spiritual disorders. Dawkin's Delusion is a symptom of degenerative atheism and may be treated spiritually by Christians, Muslims and Jews.

Your argument could be flipped on you, Ned.

Think you can do better than Dawkins?
