The athlete or the coach or the judge?
Can any creature really score a perfect 10?
Well even I am going to pause to consider that metaphor for the trinity.
Who do you cheer for?

All a judge can do is apply the rules. Think about it. If a contestant gets a 3 all a judge can do is mark a 3.

I'm not contesting that at all, I'm asking under the existing rules who has more authority, the athlete the coach or the judge?

True, but should the rules not be respected, who out of the three is in a position to impose a penalty?

Of course the judge judges. But in the end the truth should be that if the judge and coach and athlete all know the game they should all be able to accurately say what score the athlete should get.
And we cheer for the athlete.

If they are all equal why would his role take supremely over the will of the others? In other words what is it that makes it that the judge can impose his will over the others?

You're reaching the point where your theology might be in error. No one is saying the Father's will is supreme over the others. That's your imagination at work. Where are getting that from?JehovahsWitness wrote:

In the secular world the worst judge is the one who imposes their will and the best is the one who applies the law. Second, God is love and so why would God want to impose his will? The son obeyed the Father freely.
CS Lewis put it best: 'with God we have a choice, thy will be done or my will be done.' This means God does not impose His will but we face the consequences of our choice.
Proverbs 18:17 The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him.

What theolog?
I haven't mentioned my theology at all, I'm just discussing the most basic concept of what a judge is.
According to the meaning of the words if one had a judge and an athlete who would have the authorative opinion to decide in a matter and who would not?

Yes, a judge is authorised to apply the rules. But a good judge only applies the rules. What's so hard here?
