If God selects you into His Kingdom of Heaven, you are no longer you. Why?

1) You will no longer sin in Heaven, as Heaven is a sinless environment. Hence, you must have a portion of your freewill stripped from you (in some capacity).
2) You will not mourn for any of your loved ones, which do not also make it into Heaven; as Heaven has no mourning, as it is Heaven after all.

Which begs a follow up question....

Whoever God chooses, He must change, in preparation for such a divine space/arena. Humans are deemed perpetual sinners. Thus, if God must change all, for whom He elects, why not just allow ALL into Heaven?

I'll do you one better. I will never be able to, prove from the Bible, that heaven is even real. But sure, I bet we could debate, ad nauseum, what this seemingly big book of confusion even asserts.

It isn't even about what the Bible says, let alone what some believers assert it says. It is more about what Christians believe, and particularly this idea I have repeatedly heard that 'God cannot live with sin' in heaven. Thus nobody can get in until all sinfulness is gone from a soul before it can be allowed into heaven.

Unless your argument is that there will be people in heaven who lie, steal, ...

The word "DEVIL" means slanderer defined as slmeone that makes false and damaging statements. Since scripture presents the devil as being in heaven it is biblically possible to be in heaven and also be a liar. The bible also records at least one war taking place in heaven and there is indication in scripture of ongoing conflicts of interests.

To claim heaven CAN only be a place of uninterrupted bliss is scripturally inaccurate.

To recap... Looks like God has prepared heaven for what it will be... Looks like you will either reside in heaven, or in hell. Looks like the ones in heaven will be without morning. Which also means the ones in heaven will not mourn the loved ones who are burning in hell.

would say there's no change needed. At least how you describe it. You see, humanity was perfect before the fall. The fall changed humanity into what it is today. So the change you describe isn't needed - the only change was 'back to the way it was before'. At least that's my best guess with what christians would counter.
Another tact I've heard is that, somehow, God will create a way for you to 'be yourself' while not wanting to or thinking about sinning. It must be nice to be able to claim something can do anything - even the things you don't yet know about or understand!

Just so I’m clear, are you suggesting that there is no free will in Heaven or that there is free will but there will be an absence of opportunity to sin? Obviously, Adam and Eve lived “back [the] way it was before” and still had the ability to commit the most severe sin in human history; so is heaven the Garden minus the Tree?

It is therefore still heaven even if there is strife, conflict and war there; just as your house remains your house whether there is a burgler in it or not.

As for whether sin is inevitable, the question has been settled by Jesus, who has existed both as a human and a spirit and lived a life without sin; that life being billions of years long. Biblically sin is not inevitable and sinners do not have to be tolerated indefinitely.
