The Shortest Way To The Truth

The Shortest Way To The Truth

There are two important things about knowing God and the way to the salvation of our souls that we have to consider to keep ourselves away from deceptions, to wit:

1. Neither the bible nor John, Luke, Matthew, Paul, and the rest of the apostles is God.

2. Jesus is Immanuel, who is always beside us all the time. He is in a 24/7 watch mode for us who will come to Him and call on Him for the salvation of our souls.

Why do we have to be so obsessed with biblical accounts that we treat them as if they were the only source of truth about God and the salvation of our souls when Jesus is with us always, though we do not see Him yet? He can surely bring us to the truth if we come to Him and call on Him in the right way. Jesus, real and forever living God, is the only way to the truth about God and our salvation.

I told you, take out all the verses, and your opinion is what’s left.
As you can't point it out, I believe the hardest to face is the no. 4, isn't it OneJack? (1Thes 4:14)
Nothing is hard on things that are not true, Capbook! They’re flooding the chat boad.
Then you don't believe what 1Thes 4:14 state?
You quote Bible passages when aligned to your belief and disregard that makes conflict?
I quote biblical passages aligned with Jesus’ teachings and disregard those that are not in harmony with them.
So, that would mean that your Jesus is not the true Jesus as true Jesus teachings were all in harmony.

You did not answer the question, do you believe Almighty God told Moses "his name" was YHWH / YAHWEH or do you NOT believe he told Moses his name (regardless of the exact words he used to tell him)? If you don't believe the Almighty told Moses his name... why not?

Ok maybe I didn't put my question correctly, according to the record of the conversation between Moses and the God of Abraham, what is the ONLY name mentioned for himself ?

EXODO 3:13, 15

YHWH is the name that the Lord confirmed to us, as His name, so is JESUS, not JEHOVAH.

The sacrifice Jesus sent to the cross was the Son of God, per se, His physical vessel in His incarnation. Jesus put an end to the burnt offering ritual.

Then Whose written name said to the Father, "into Your hands I commit My Spirit" OneJack?
Remember, this is not about salvation yet, you always quote written Bible text to support your point.
How about the verses below, can you quote Whose name was written and died?

Luk 23:46  And Jesus, crying out with a loud voice, said, "Father, INTO YOUR HANDS I COMMIT MY SPIRIT." Having said this, He breathed His last.
1Th 4:14  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
