Is DEI in the Bible?

from Galatians 3
"For there is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for we are all one in Messiah Jesus."

from Psalm 98
"For he is coming to judge the world
With righteousness and
The peoples with equity."

from Amos 5
"Take away from me the noise of your songs
For I will not hear the melody of your stringed instruments
But let justice run down like water
And righteousness like a mighty stream."

from Revelation 7
"After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands and crying out with a loud voice, saying, salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the lamb!"

from 2nd Corinthians 8
"For I do not mean that others should be eased and you burdened; but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may supply their lack, that their abundance also may supply your lack, that there may be equality. As it is written, he who gathered much had nothing left over, and he who gathered little had no lack."

from Micah 3:6
"I will be a swift witness
Against sorcerers
Against adulterers
Against perjurers
Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans
And against those who turn away an alien
Because they do not fear me
Says the Lord of hosts."

Enough said.

The message that Christ’s Kingdom will set all human affairs right is intended for all kinds of people. In this sense, the message is "inclusive," because God wants everyone to gain the knowledge—the necessary information—to attain salvation when all humans are judged by Jesus and his Father. That day is drawing near, and everyone living on earth at that time will experience it firsthand.

The Kingdom message includes warnings about things that displease God. Although it is God’s desire that all kinds of people be saved, the Kingdom message also contains a declaration of judgment:

1 Cor. 6:9 Or do you not know that unrighteous people will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Do not be misled. Those who are sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, men who submit to homosexual acts, men who practice homosexuality, 10 thieves, greedy people, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners will not inherit God’s Kingdom. 11 And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean; you have been sanctified; you have been declared righteous in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God.

Will those who engage in the practices mentioned there inherit the Kingdom of God? Will they survive God’s judgment?

Therefore, while the Kingdom message is for everyone, God does not approve of the practices of "everyone." An individual must accept the message—which includes the changes they need to make—and strive to implement them. As the passage cited above, along with many others found in the Scriptures, indicates, those who engage in practices disapproved of by God WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE SAVED when Jesus and his Father judge each person individually.

I provided the verses. He or she who is against diversity, equity and inclusion, is against God Almighty and does not fear God.

Woe unto conservative Christian hypocrites, who pretend to care about the unborn, while voting against everything that helps the unborn after they are born. What happens to the unborn after they are born, when their parents don't have healthcare or earn a living wage???

Woe to such hypocrites !

I provided the verses.
The passage from 1 Corinthians 6:9–11, which I cited earlier—along with the reasoning regarding God’s judgment upon adulterers and others who engage in practices that displease Him (and who will be judged to destruction)—is similar to the passages you cite, which likewise condemn those who practice these same things.

I do not quite understand your way of responding to my citation and line of reasoning—reasoning that, in a sense, resembles your own approach when you cite the Scriptures.

How is it that you can reason correctly based on the Scriptures, only to then condemn your own reasoning?

When Jesus sent his disciples out to preach the good news of the Kingdom, he also said:

Matthew 28:19: "Go, therefore, and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you."

When Jesus speaks of teaching others to do what he commanded, it is not merely so that they might know these things, but so that they might put them into practice. This information is intended for everyone, yet only those who obey will ultimately be saved. Thus, while the message is for all, salvation is not for all.

Among the things that Jesus commanded and taught are the following:

Matt. 5:28: But I say to you that everyone who keeps on looking at a woman so as to have a passion for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
... 19:9: I say to you that whoever divorces his wife, except on the grounds of sexual immorality, and marries another commits adultery.

These commands concern adultery and sexual immorality, including lust, which takes place solely in the mind.

Do you believe that Jesus was acting against God’s purpose when he taught that such behavior was displeasing to God?

What, then, do you believe? Will God destroy those who engage in acts that displease Him, or will He not?

It is interesting that dei in Latin means of God. To me it looks like they are mocking God, because I think it is not about diversity, equity and inclusion and in the end, not all things are good and good to have included.

I am not in favor of adultery or sexual immorality, but true morality, according to Jesus, is outlined in Matthew 25 and also taught by the prophets, that nations and individuals should help the sick and poor and welcome immigrants, the exact opposite of the political agenda followed by conservative Christians.

According to the prophets, those who turn away the alien in their midst do not fear God Almighty and such people and nations will be judged accordingly, according to Jesus in Matthew 25, who says "I was a stranger and you did not take me in."

Our own wicked nation is currently doing everything to keep brown and black skin immigrants out and, incarcerating thousands of hard working immigrants in what amount to concentration camps and then deporting them to nations where they have no ties and don't speak the language and leaving them to survive on their own.

This is truly immoral.

So, @Richard Aberdeen, is God "inclusive" toward adulterers?

What, then, would it mean for a true Christian—one who does what pleases God—to be "inclusive" toward adulterers?

P.S. God will not only condemn those who engage in sexual immorality and fail to repent. The Bible provides several lists of practices for which those who engage in them will likewise be condemned; these lists include things as "seemingly" simple as lying or drunkenness. How "inclusive" should a true Christian—a servant of God—be toward such individuals, in order to remain on the side of Almighty God?

Jesus included the Samaritan woman at the well, who had five husbands and was living with a man who wasn't her husband. And he included the woman found in the act of adultery saying, "Neither do I condemn you, go and sin no more."

You think Jesus is a religion that excludes sinners. You are badly mistaken.
