Well. I've never been good at these 'first post' things, but I might as well try, because this looks like an inviting place to do one of my favorite things - namely, debate.

Right, well. My (fake) name is Maxwell Eddison, which is derived from . . . well, see if you can guess. I'm a long-time atheist, and all that. Notably, despite my name, I am female. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute some new ideas to this forum.

And that's really all I can think of to say.
