Hello!

Greetings from the far frozen north.
I am a card carrying, screaming evangelical atheist.
I choose not to insult individuals, but ideas, dogma and cherished beliefs are fair game.
So to be clear about my feelings toward christianity...
I view christianity as a disgusting, weird middle eastern blood cult, based in human sacrifice with sacraments of ritual cannibalism and vampirism whose highest icon is the image of a near naked man hanging in torment from a device of torture. It is underpinned by the collected myths of a group of bronze age savages squatting around dung fires in goat skin tents.

I refer to all the abrahamic religions collectively as the 'Sinai blood cults'

I do not believe in angels, devils, ghosts, demons, fairies, unicorns, vampires, werewolves, gods, big-foot, little green men, spiritualism, Atlantis, the loc ness monster or honest republicans...

I feel we are all agnostics; from the pope to Hutchins, none of us can 'prove' our beliefs, only offer opinions, thus agnosticism deals only with what we can 'know' and prove.

Atheism deals with what we believe, or rather don't believe. (I also don't believe in big foot, but there is no latin derived word for anti-sasquatchians)

While I no longer profess Christianity, you may find that a few Christians have risen above their ancient origins. You may find that your view of Christianity is a bit of an over simplification.

Lincoln was a Republican. I would extend the list to honest politicians.
