What is the purpose of the 'great debate' about the human condition? Does it need a purpose?

There are several essential questions within this one that IMO you must first confront.

1, Do you "feel," regardless of an inability to sense one, that universal purpose exists and that mankind has a purpose within it?

2. Our mechanical purpose is what we do. So what is the daily objective result of your life? What objectively happens during the day in contrast to your subjective beliefs of doingt this or that? Man is part of organic life on earth all serving the same purpose so what is being done we objectively do during our lives?

3. Is Man capable of participating in a conscious purpose? As of now our purpose or what we do is related to the mechanics of our daily life. Our mechanical lives of reactive consciousness (what happens during our lives)) provide the necessary results for our purpose. Could consciousness or sustained self awareness in addition to our reactive consciousness, provide an additional purpose we are unaware of?

My questions deal with the purpose of the debate about the human condition not existence itself. The questions posited seem to reach for the latter rather than the former.
