Sadly, the History of Western civilization is a story of Church sanctioned Abuse of Authority and Oppression exploiting Organized religion, in the Name of the Unqualified.

But it's Origin was the Progressive teachings, including Women's equality, of Jesus.

Mary Magdalene was the first witness to the Resurrection, in Christian denominations, and almost certainly a Spiritual leader, according to Gnostic texts of Nag Hammadi.

Collusion between Gøvernments and Religious institutions does not negate significant Cultural inheritance of interfaith Religious traditions.

Rule of Law, subject to progressive Humanistic principles and current Materialistic science, isn't mutually exclusive with ethical Authoritative teachings.
