A suggestion for the Moderators
Post #1What do you think about giving a token bonus incentive on a graduated scale for those who post a certain number of times without getting a mod warning? So for example every time somebody posts 500 or a thousand or whatever point you decided without getting a warning they get whatever number of tokens you guys decide. Lately I've been seeing guys who have lots and lots of posts who are getting warnings probation and even banned. I was trying to to think of a way to help people want to do better.

I'm all for ideas on improving the level of debate. But, I'm not in favor of rewarding those who follow the rules. This should be normative behavior, not exceptional behavior.

Scott,
Because you haven't been naughty (and because you apparently give a rat's mule about token rewards), I've awarded you 373.36 tokens. -- Consider it a token of my admiration.
Enjoy.
