Unregistered guests - "View Previous: Select Time"
Post #1It would be great if unregistered guests had the ability to use the "View Previous: Select Time" dropdown menu. This would make the site much more user friendly to the anonymous user and may increase new memberships. If they are unregistered, they are unaware that the forum has this ability.

It uses the phpbb forum search, which really slows down things. So, that's why I limited it to only forum participants. And I question that people would join because of being to search back in time.

Ahh, I see. I wondered if there was a logistical reason for it. I guess my thinking was that it is much more tedious to browse each and every individual subforum for new posts, and if prospective members didn't know that feature was available, they might choose a different forum to join.otseng wrote:It uses the phpbb forum search, which really slows down things.
