In one of my college classes we are discussing the different philosophies between Hamilton and Jefferson and what they saw as being ideal for a fledgling nation. Hamilton supported industry and large cities while Jefferson supported the independent yeoman farmer. Which side do you agree with and why?
Is it possible that both sides where right in their arguments?
