Does personhood begin at conception?

Does the Bible, (or the religious writings of any other religion), tell us that personhood begins at conception?

As far as I know, only the Roman Catholic Church and perhaps Hinduism formally believe that personhood begins at conception. Other people believe it too but they do not necessarily have it in writing. I don't remember what Catholic document stated this belief for the first time, but it's probably a fairly recent encyclical (20th century probably). If I find out, I'll post the title here.

In my view, personhood is an ongoing process.
