It looks like no one (except Otseng) was able to log in from Oct 19 4:26 AM to Oct 20 5:36 AM.

Any comments?

Site appeared to be down yesterday. Not sure what was going on.

I couldn't login but that was because I couldn't even get on the site. Everything I tried it kept saying Internet Explorer is unable to connect to DebatingChristianity.com or something along those lines.

Well... It's possible that Otseng's account was hacked by a shape-shifting reptillian overlord and that a special code decryption device was being installed while the site was down.

Soon all of us will have our avatars replaced with a picture of Ben Affleck.

Also we will start to see more advertisements for Dr Pepper because they put their mind control drug in that stuff... Because I mean why else would anyone drink something that tastes like dentist plaque pills?

Or maybe the site was experiencing difficulty due to high internet traffic...

I can't say much about the other stuff you mentioned, but high Internet traffic affects everything. I only had problems logging in to DC&R.

I agree with olavisjo. I believe the problem is isolated to this site. I'm not sure if there were some recent updates/settings or custom apps on this site that would cause this. If other PHPbb forums are working then I'm sure that the problem is isolated here.

I've changed my IP address and that works some times because while I can't access the site from one computer, it SOME times works on other computers. I say sometimes because there are times I couldn't get on the site even when I tried to use multiple computers. I've also tried using different internet browers, Internet Explorer, Firefox, AOL, etc, and some times it works on one browser but not the other but other times I've found that it didn't work on all browsers that I tried.

The problem is definitely just with this site. What AdHoc was referring to is that this site is getting high traffic, so it's bringing the server down. One of these days (after I get that big raise), I'll need to upgrade the server so that it can handle higher traffic.

Maybe you should contact CGI. The Canadians supposedly do everything better, ie heath care and website management.
