I've received several personal messages from a user on here calling me a troll and a 'nit picker' and implying that I'm a terrible debater and a host of other insulting remarks. I consider this harassment.
I would like to know what, if anything, can be done about this.

The rules covers this:

Personal Messaging Rules:
1. No personal attacks of any sort are allowed in Personal Messages (PM).
2. Civility and respect are to be expected in PM exchanges.
3. Contents of PMs are not to be posted publicly except by consent by both the sender and receiver. Any publicly posted PMs will be removed by a moderator if a complaint is received from either the sender or recipient or is deemed inappropriate by a moderator.
4. If you receive any PMs that are harassing or threatening to you in any way, send a copy of the PM to a moderator. The moderating team will then review the PM and will discuss how to handle it.

So what should I do. The pm's are not threatening in any way, but it seems that whenever I post something that this user does not like the person in question will immediately send me a pm loaded with insults and self congratulatory remarks. I find these messages to be annoying to say the least and would like to stop receiving them.otseng wrote: The rules covers this:

Now, if the person in question expressed his concerns to me civilly and judiciously thru pm I wouldn't have a problem. But currently these pm's are full of insults and demeaning remarks.

I see from your list of usergroups that you are a Christian. Since that is the case you should follow the command of Jesus.

Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
(Matthew 5:11-12 ESV)
His invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made.
