The Shortest Way To The Truth

The Shortest Way To The Truth

There are two important things about knowing God and the way to the salvation of our souls that we have to consider to keep ourselves away from deceptions, to wit:

1. Neither the bible nor John, Luke, Matthew, Paul, and the rest of the apostles is God.

2. Jesus is Immanuel, who is always beside us all the time. He is in a 24/7 watch mode for us who will come to Him and call on Him for the salvation of our souls.

Why do we have to be so obsessed with biblical accounts that we treat them as if they were the only source of truth about God and the salvation of our souls when Jesus is with us always, though we do not see Him yet? He can surely bring us to the truth if we come to Him and call on Him in the right way. Jesus, real and forever living God, is the only way to the truth about God and our salvation.

When can you realize that Jesus is the Almighty God and that He did not die, does not die, and will not die because He is the Everlasting Life? The Son of God, per se, was the one who died on the cross.
OneJack you quote Bible verses to support your point, as you've said your belief only differs from the Bible on the way to salvation.
To quote Mat 1:25, the Son of Mary was named Jesus, as the Son named Jesus died, understandably it was Jesus that died.
As the "Son of God" is not a name but a title.

Mat 1:25  but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.
Try to think a million times, Capbook! If I took your notion, it would follow that the Eternal Father or Mighty God died because the son, whom Mary gave birth to, was also named Eternal Father, or Mighty God, or Immanuel. …(Isa 7:14; 9:6).
Yes, that is why it is important to test every spirit to see if they are from God.
And to know if they are of God, is to confess that the flesh named Jesus that died is from God.

1Jn 4:1  Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
1Jn 4:2  By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God;

Talk to Jesus if you want the truth. Otherwise, Capbook is merely expressing his opinion in this issue.

It's not my opinion OneJack, I quote Bible verses, verifiable facts unlike to where you base your faith unverifiable.

Yours is purely an opinion since you’ve heard nothing yet from the Living God, whose name is Jesus.
so do you deny the conversation Moses had with The Almighty? If so, why?

EXODO 3:13, 15

This event is a thing of the past, which does not merit anything to the salvation of our souls, whether we believe it or not, does it?
EXODO 3:13, 15

So, with this one, I see no big deal for us to be bothered with from time to time.

So if you say it was a past event, you are not denying it actually happened correct? Almighty God did say the words recorded to his prophet Moses? Is that correct?

By faith, I believe God used Moses to Pharaoh.

I will provide textual basis to my reply to find if it is unBiblical.
You quote Bible passages to prove your point except the way to salvation, these verses is outside your exemptions and from Bible passages;
1. Test every Spirit - 1John 4:1
2. Every spirit that confesses Jesus has come in the flesh is from God - 1John 4:2
3. The Son named Jesus - Mat 1:25
4. Jesus died - 1Thes 4:14

Can you point out where from there is my opinion OneJack?

1Th 4:14  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus.
