God didn't restore the lost tribes of the northern kingdom to their homeland as he expressly comments in this chapter of Ezekiel.

Unless "forever" means something less than forever?
Ezekiel 37:24-26New International Version (NIV)

24 My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. 25 They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived. They and their children and their childrens children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever. 26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.
That passage is true. But it does not state anything specifically about harvesting, childbearing, etc, much less that these specific things will continue eternally.

That is all I meant when I asked you about those specific things.

What part of living in the land of their ancestors and increasing of numbers and children's children and forever need further clarification?

Further
Ezekiel 36:8-12New International Version (NIV)

8 But you, mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home. 9 I am concerned for you and will look on you with favor; you will be plowed and sown, 10 and I will cause many people to live on you"yes, all of Israel. The towns will be inhabited and the ruins rebuilt. 11 I will increase the number of people and animals living on you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the Lord. 12 I will cause people, my people Israel, to live on you. They will possess you, and you will be their inheritance; you will never again deprive them of their children.

Ezekiel 36:24-30New International Version (NIV)

24 For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. 25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 28 Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God. 29 I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. 30 I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.

Israel already has children, children's children, etc, etc. So speaking of them could simply be speaking of those that have already been born. That is all.

To increase numbers, all God has to do is keep bringing them back until they are all there. Numbers would continue to increase until they are all there. Perhaps during the millennial reign, some are still having children and increasing numbers further. But they do not need to be having children forever, in order for this promise to be fulfilled.

I think this is just a minor point to the OP question, but lets break it down:

They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your ancestors lived.

Yes.

They and their children and their childrens children will live there forever,

Yes. Starting with the first of Israel, then their children, and their children's children, etc, right down to end of the millennial reign.

and David my servant will be their prince forever.

Yes.

26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant.

Yes.

I will establish them and increase their numbers

Their numbers will be increased. It does not mean that the numbers will be increased forever.

, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever.

Yes, He will put His sanctuary among them forever.

As for the further reading, yes, upon fulfillment of this promise, they will never have famine again, or a heart of stone again, or be unclean again, or suffer disgrace among the nations again, or be displaced again, etc.

Really??? They will live in the land of their ancestors forever until a thousand years are up??

How does the following texts fit into your concept?
Isaiah 65:17-25New International Version (NIV)

New Heavens and a New Earth

17
See, I will create
new heavens and a new earth.
The former things will not be remembered,
nor will they come to mind.

18
But be glad and rejoice forever
in what I will create,
for I will create Jerusalem to be a delight
and its people a joy.

19
I will rejoice over Jerusalem
and take delight in my people;
the sound of weeping and of crying
will be heard in it no more.

20
Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
the one who dies at a hundred
will be thought a mere child;
the one who fails to reach[a] a hundred
will be considered accursed.

21
They will build houses and dwell in them;
they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

22
No longer will they build houses and others live in them,
or plant and others eat.
For as the days of a tree,
so will be the days of my people;
my chosen ones will long enjoy
the work of their hands.

23
They will not labor in vain,
nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune;
for they will be a people blessed by the Lord,
they and their descendants with them.

24
Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will hear.

25
The wolf and the lamb will feed together,
and the lion will eat straw like the ox,
and dust will be the serpents food.
They will neither harm nor destroy
on all my holy mountain,
says the Lord.

Isaiah 66:22-24New International Version (NIV)

22 As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me, declares the Lord, so will your name and descendants endure. 23 From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me, says the Lord. 24 And they will go out and look on the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; the worms that eat them will not die, the fire that burns them will not be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.

No, no, sorry for the confusion... my point had to do with who were included in the 'your children, your children's children, etc".

Those from the start right to the last (born).

(now if anyone is still having children after the millennial reign, I do not know of it)

Would you agree or disagree that the prophecies in Jeremiah and Ezekiel regarding the restoration of Israel were fulfilled in the Days of Cyrus?

I would agree that the prophecies you have listed have yet to be fulfilled.

So you do not believe that the return of Jews under Cyrus was not a fulfillment of prophecy?

What is your opinion regarding the covenant the exiles under Cyrus made in Jerusalem? It was neither the "everlasting" or the "new covenant"?
2 Chronicles 34:29-31New International Version (NIV)

29 Then the king called together all the elders of Judah and Jerusalem. 30 He went up to the temple of the Lord with the people of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests and the Levites"all the people from the least to the greatest. He read in their hearing all the words of the Book of the Covenant, which had been found in the temple of the Lord. 31 The king stood by his pillar and renewed the covenant in the presence of the Lord"to follow the Lord and keep his commands, statutes and decrees with all his heart and all his soul, and to obey the words of the covenant written in this book.

Nehemiah 10:28-29New International Version (NIV)

28 The rest of the people"priests, Levites, gatekeepers, musicians, temple servants and all who separated themselves from the neighboring peoples for the sake of the Law of God, together with their wives and all their sons and daughters who are able to understand" 29 all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.

Is these still a future event?
Isaiah 56:6-8New International Version (NIV)

6
And foreigners who bind themselves to the Lord
to minister to him,
to love the name of the Lord,
and to be his servants,
all who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it
and who hold fast to my covenant"

7
these I will bring to my holy mountain
and give them joy in my house of prayer.
Their burnt offerings and sacrifices
will be accepted on my altar;
for my house will be called
a house of prayer for all nations.

8
The Sovereign Lord declares"
he who gathers the exiles of Israel:
I will gather still others to them
besides those already gathered.

Zechariah 8:20-23New International Version (NIV)

20 This is what the Lord Almighty says: Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come, 21 and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say, Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going. 22 And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.

23 This is what the Lord Almighty says: In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.
